Hello! I am having an issue with my 20oz adapter not locking to press my tumbler. I have tried both mats, taking the adapter out and then placing it back in, and I let the machine cool down over nigjt and it still will not press my tumbler. It will start the closing and then reopen. I did swap to my 40oz tumbler adapter and that one works fine. I successfully pressed a 40oz tumbler. I received this press 2 days ago. This issues has been immediate. Please Help. I did send an email to support.

Make sure you take some videos to show support when they replay and keep in mind they are in a different time zone so it may take a little bit.

Because this started right away with a new machine, I’d recommend continuing to work with support since they’ll be able to check whether the adapter is defective or needs replacement. In the meantime, you might want to avoid forcing it to lock, just to prevent any damage.
