It is true, it is reducing it in the app
And it is adding a grey background box with the mat size.
But not in desktop
I don´t know if it happens after the updating or earlier, as I’ve never used the app to print.
I can figure out a way around for you to do it.
Add an A4 box background as I did here, that way you know how much you need to upsize it inside the pdf. Make it white, or hide it before printing
