Blue laser light

I can no longer see the blue laser light when I am framing my project. What could be the problem?

Hi @Cynthia_Martinez! Quick question—how long have you been using your iEngrave, and how often is it running these days? I’m asking because if your machine’s been getting a lot of use lately, the lens might just need a little TLC. Sometimes a quick clean of the laser module can make all the difference! I’ve only had the machine a couple weeks and have used it about 5 times. I’ll give the cleaning a try. Thank you !
