【CLOSE】Daily Check-in Challenge#2 | Your Daily Dose of Creativity is Back!

Day 1! I love this check in, it keeps people engaged and allows us to be updated. It’s also fun to see what others are working on! Who has used the A200? I used a 40 oz tumbler from HOGG and it turned out horrible. I’m wondering if the bottom part of the tumbler is just too big for the press. Any thoughts?

After I had surgery, I was bed bound for weeks. If I wasn’t playing on my switch I was drawing, crafting or designing. I also found a ton of crafty YouTube channels. Some of them went live on occasion so I could talk to other crafters in the chat. Made me feel a bit better. I made a lot of these

Wishing you a quick recovery. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Hi Mark, did you use the correct 40 oz tumbler insert and heat mat with your test? Do you have a pic of the tumbler so I can give you some more assistance? I have heard some mixed thoughts about using other 40 oz tumbler brands in the machine. Because a 40 oz tumbler size can vary so much, you may have to play with your settings to get it right. In saying that I have heard the most success using the HTVRont 40oz tumbler brand. If you can find other brands the exact same size and width in all three places you should get the same results for those.
Some tips
When choosing your design be mindful of the area around the handle will not make a perfect seam. Even though you can remove the handle to press (and you should) there are still raised areas for your handle to attach to. So, I would suggest designs that have white around the seam area.
Apply the heat mat around your tumbler before inserting into the machine, if you want you can tape around the heat mat so it doesn’t move when inserting.
Also make sure your tumbler is inserted as far as it can go into the machine to help press the angled section best.
Tape your sublimation print well around your tumbler with heat resistant tape.

Day 3

Throwing it back to this sweet project — a personalized perfume I made as a birthday gift! I just added a custom vinyl name label for that extra personal touch.
Simple, thoughtful, and refreshingly unique — just like the person who received it :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
