Ugh, how frustrating!! I’m sorry, that stinks! Seems a lot of delivery people just don’t care anymore. I get quite a few damaged boxes but thankfully the products have been fine. Hope it gets worked out!

As someone who worked in packaging for 20 years, I can’t believe that they made the same mistake again. I used to send boxes of biscuits with a bit of bubble wrap and brown paper that would arrive in better condition than this.
We know that couriers these days treat everything like a football! ![]()
The door is stuck, I don’t want to force it open and break it even more, I’m sending it back ![]()

you totally should get one, reach out to the company, this is unacceptable handling by the freight service, they need to be reported and held responsible for the damage of both machines. they couldnt possibly leave the HTVRONT/LOKLiK warehouse in this condition.

I have a tip for you: when the next one arrives make sure LOKLiK mark it with you need to sign for it, and do not accept it if the box is damaged, even if it’s not open the box in front of the delivery person and “do not accept it” if the machine is damaged. that way the freight company has to mark it as “customer rejected damaged package and goods”
That’s a great tip to make it a signed delivery. It forces the courier to take responsibility. ![]()
thanks David, I recieved mine here in australia pretty beat up, but luckily the icrafter was not damaged, but i still sent photos to LOKLiK to report the shipping/handling abuse! top dollar is paid to these freight companies, they need to step up!!
It is sad that it arrived damaged twice! I had a package come from Amazon a couple weeks ago, the envelope was partially open so one of the vinyl rolls was missing. I would be soo upset if it was a machine! Hope you get a replacement asap!
Wow, Amazon are getting just as bad as every other courier.
I had a delivery this week of a TV wall bracket and iPad screen protectors which came together in a paper bag. What made it even more crazy was that the screen protector’s packaging had glass printed on in huge letters!
Amazingly, they seem to have survived though.
