Recording some craft tutorials on print then cut, as I still get heaps of questions regarding this. But first, cup of coffee to start the day and then a walk with my doggo. ![]()
Another video prep day here in the old craft room. Hope everyone is having a great Monday!
I got grounded from ālikesā again. Iāve had to work at 5AM. Iāve been so tired I felt a little drunk all day yesterday.
Gave my coworkers some free entertainment though. Iām working on a few basic things but I might have an opportunity to sell in another store front in my area and Iām renewing my current agreement in the other store. I need to get so much done but kinda excited to try some new things. Hope you all have a very blessed week! ![]()
So Excited Blessed beyond Measure
My husband gifted me and I pad Air this weekend and I received keyboard and screen protectors today!! On another note My sister is stil in limbo and in the hospital still praying for her to be pain free !
Going Thursday to pick up my oldest son for spring break. Been crafting a little bit ! And cleaning for Easter !!
Day #25:
Today was all about maintenance and giving the machines some much-needed attention. Not the most glamorous part of crafting, but definitely one of the most important.
I spent time swapping out blades and refreshing mats on the cutters, which always makes a noticeable difference in cut quality. There is nothing better than seeing clean, crisp cuts again after dealing with a dull blade. I also did some routine upkeep on the 3D printers, cleaning things up and adding fresh lube and oil to the rails and moving parts to keep everything running smoothly and consistently.
On the laser side, I installed a new exhaust fan, which should help improve airflow and keep things a bit cleaner and safer in the workspace. It is one of those upgrades that does not always get immediate attention but makes a big impact over time.
Days like today might not produce finished projects, but they set the foundation for everything that comes next. Well maintained machines mean fewer issues, better results, and a lot less frustration when you are in the middle of creating.
I just did 3D printer maintenance as well. It isnāt the most glamours part of crafting, but it is a necessity.
Thanks for your effort Sam, youāre a star. ![]()
@BellethehowtoGuru @Cory_Barger, do 3D printers need a lot of maintenance? Is there often a lot of cleaning involved?
Day 29 The winter weather continues, but today Iām having a crafts afternoon with friends ![]()
Youāre most welcome!
I appreciate your kind words. ![]()
Thankful Tuesday
Day 29 Lowāenergy day, but still checking in with love. ![]()
Had to admit my Dad at the hospital due to excessive nosebleed. Itās like the running faucet when his nosebleeds. It seems his blood thinning maintenance meds is making it difficult for his blood to clot so the usual cold compress and pinching the nose doesnāt help seal the wound. Praying he gully heals already gets discharged tomorrow ![]()
Dear Lord please heal this man fully. You are so good. Thank you Lord.
Lord we ask that You remove all pain & discomfort from this woman as You prepare to take her home. We ask that comfort surround her family. Amen
Thank you Lord for waking us again this morning. You are so so so good. Woke to sunshine & a threat of 80 degree weather. Hopefully we donāt skip over Spring yet again this year. Praise music blasting while I sing at the top of my lungs which always raises the energy in our home. Have an AMAZING day everyone!
@BellethehowtoGuru I love checking our new video tutorials. Thank you
Today I am feeling refreshed and ready to accomplish things related to my business.
Day 29 - Itās Holy Tuesday! Have a wonderful day Beauties!
Day 29: No crafting today. Going for a hearing test ⦠more than likely hearing aids and getting the puppy clipped. Iād rather be crafting!!!
Only if your print fails and makes a mess. You also needs to grease it every now and then and scrub the build plates to make sure things adhere right. I know you didnāt ask me but I hope this helps you.
