DIY Project Sharing | Recycle Bags

A very simple project to personalise my green recycling bags, to stop my neighbour stealing them, as their’s are old and in tatters.

Unlike the Green Box project, i couldnt use permanent adhesive vinyl effectively on the bag material, so opted for HTV. I stuck to the very simple numbers only design, to give the HTV a greater surface area to adhere as well as possible, whilst keeping the temperature as low as possible for the bag material.

The basic design in LOKLiK IdeaStudio used the Array function again, to distribute copies over a single sheet of HTV. The awful clashing colour was chosen deliberately to deter my neighbour from taking my bags!

Thank you.

She even kicked in my locked garden gate, when I was on holiday a couple of years ago, presumably to steal something from my garage again. Absolute nutjob! :rage:

Looks great and stylish with the added bonus of being a deterrent for your neighbour. It doesn’t make sense to me at all why people do this, I’ve had a couple neighbours do the same thing to me.

Completely agree. Why do some people think that this is acceptable behaviour?
I just want to get along with people. Is that really too much to ask?!

:joy: That’s useful and funny. My parking lot neighbour hits my cars door handle with her car and blames her kids. A craft to avoid it would be wonderful, any idea?

Absolutely: seal her car doors shut with 75 strips of duct tape. Job done :heavy_check_mark:
