I’ve been having issues with my new DTF printer since day 1. I’ve been working with the company and they now have me printing from the Betterprinter software instead of RIIN. Does everyone do this? I can not print from RIIN. I don’t know why. In every video I see, you should be able to print from the RIIN TCPIP to the printer. Not me. It errors out every time. I have to save to file and print from Betterprinter. Any ideas? Thank you!
