Help- Machine stop working Loklik Crafter [RESOLVED!]

I was trying Print and cut yesterday, and the machine attempted to read the registration marks for 10 minutes. I tried to power cycle and now the machine isn’t responding. I unplugged and left it unplugged overnight, this morning still nothing. I can’t upload the video but here is a link to see if anyone has a clue on what to do. I did also reach out to customer service. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OhZkdXbsGK_MjOWZYdh3zNTgFgATN8Kx/view?usp=drive_link

Hi! I am sorry to hear that you have some troubleshooting issues on your machine. Please go to your computer, clicked the device setting then clicked firmware update - holding the power button while doing those steps I’ve mentioned. Please let me know if this worked out

Yes, I would perform an update and/or a flash. Even if the machine is updated, it could trigger a hard reset

Since the machine will not turn on, the program will not acknowledge the machine. I’ve connected the USB and everything.

Okay, please unplugged everything even the USB connection between your machine and computer and power cord for at least 2 minutes or so and try to shut down your computer as well - 'coz some updated software will not work until a full re start of the computer. Plugged everything back, then follow the steps I’ve mentioned earlier, I hoped it fix this time otherwise, need to follow up with customer support.

In worst case scenario, you might need to uninstall your driver and install it back to your computer. Link below for your reference only:

Have you tried firmware update? The software will detect the machine as long as you are pressing down on the power button while it’s searching for your device. Remember never to let go of that power button during the whole process. Hope this helps.

Thank you everyone for the assist. I did perform the Flash forcing the update and the machine is powering back on and the tool is centered again.
