going wrong ! I can find the device on my phone but it wont pair! help!!

Welcome to the community! We’re so glad you’ve joined us. Can you give us a bit more information? What machine are you using?
Also, can you send some screenshots of the screen you’re on when trying to connect?
Edit: You should be pairing through the app, not your phone’s Bluetooth. When you’re in the app, click connect device. This will search for whatever machine you’re trying to connect. The machine name should pop up, and then you can connect to the machine.
i have spoken to the apple guru and he has said i am doing everything correctly!

Did you click the little link chain thing, then it said couldn’t connect?
Have you powered off the iPaint and unplugged for a bit and replugged it in?
Are you within 16 ft (4 meters) of the machine?
Also, did you update the firmware via USB to computer port when you first got it?

Hmmm… I sent a video. It allows me to see it and watch it. I’ll try again.
You may need to grant the app permission to connect. I’m assuming you’re using an iPhone. Here’s how to grant permissions.
For iOS (iPhone/iPad) Users:
iOS users must authorize the app to use Bluetooth to discover the machine.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Scroll down to the bottom where your installed apps are listed and tap on LOKLiK.
Toggle the Bluetooth switch to the On (green) position.
Go to Location within the same menu and select “While Using the App” to ensure smooth discovery.

For Android Users
On Android devices, especially those running Android 13 or above, the system requires explicit permission to search for nearby hardware.
Open the Settings app on your phone.
Navigate to Apps (or Apps & Services) > See all apps and select LOKLiK from the list.
Tap on Permissions.
Locate and select Nearby Devices and set it to Allow.
Also, ensure Location permission is enabled and set to “Allow only while using the app”. Some versions of Android require location access to perform Bluetooth scans.

Ok, then my only other suggestion is to contact support@htvront.com or support@loklik.com and tell them you can’t connect.
However, I think you may need a firmware update before you can connect. Did you do that in the beginning? You can only do that with the USB cord and a computer. If you haven’t done so, that may be why you can’t connect. If you have done so, definitely get in touch with support. They may send you a new one.
But you say it hasn’t found the device. It has found the device, it just won’t connect. The device is showing up on your screen, so it’s been found, it’s just not connecting.
Edit: I think you’re communicating with me through the actual app, rather than through the website. If you want to see the videos I’ve posted, try typing in community.loklik.com in your browser and login with your Loklik username and password. This will make it easier for you to communicate. Once there, you can click the three dots in the right and click Add To Home Screen. This will allow you to add the temporary app to your phone, then you will be able to get comment notifications rather than just like notifications, provided you grant permissions for notifications.
