Hello, @Corie_Kaminki. In order for us to better assist you, we need a few questions answered:

How long has it been since you last used your machine before having connection issues?

How exactly are you trying to connect? If by Wi-Fi, are you connecting to a 2.4Ghz or 5.0Ghz?

What type of device are you using? Mac, Windows, Android, Apple, etc.

Have you performed a hard reset?

What steps have you taken to reconnect?

Are you receiving any kind of error codes or prompts, such as Incorrect password?
