I am, again, having trouble connecting my device(s) to my iEngrave!!

Hello, @Corie_Kaminki. In order for us to better assist you, we need a few questions answered:

  • How long has it been since you last used your machine before having connection issues?

  • How exactly are you trying to connect? If by Wi-Fi, are you connecting to a 2.4Ghz or 5.0Ghz?

  • What type of device are you using? Mac, Windows, Android, Apple, etc.

  • Have you performed a hard reset?

  • What steps have you taken to reconnect?

  • Are you receiving any kind of error codes or prompts, such as Incorrect password?

Once you answer some of these questions, we can try to help you.
