If you’re excited to join our weekly events, this guide walks you through the full process from start to finish. Every event has its own theme and tag, but the steps for submitting your entry are pretty much always the same, unless specifically stated otherwise. Following this process ensures your project is counted, visible to moderators, and properly linked back to your IdeaStudio design.
Event Entry Rules
All submissions must be created using Loklik IdeaStudio assets.
You may use:
- Designs from the IdeaStudio library
- Loklik fonts
- Built‑in shapes
- Your own original fonts or designs, as long as you created them inside the IdeaStudio/Loklik app
How to Submit Your Entry
1. Save your design in IdeaStudio
Create your design → click File → Save As → name your file → Save.
2. Open your saved project
- From the Homepage, go to My Zone.
- Find the design, and click the three dots.
3. Publish your project
- From the 3 dots menu, select Publish or Edit
- Add photos of your completed project
- Write a description
- Select the machine you used
- Click Share Publicly
- Make sure Share to Community is toggled on
4. Add the event tag in the Community
After publishing, go to the Community (community.loklik.com):
- Find your post under the Inspiration topic
- Click Edit (pencil icon)
- Add the event tag (example: home-decor) in the Tags section
- Save your changes
5. Copy your IdeaStudio project link
Go back to IdeaStudio → open the Projects tab → select your project → tap the Copy Link button.

6. Post your entry in the event thread
Go to the event’s main post (for example, the Home Decor event).
Create a reply using the event’s required format, usually something like:
Here’s my #home-decor Week [1/2/3] entry! Theme: [what your craft expresses] IdeaStudio link: [paste the link you copied] Story: [what inspired your project] Photos: [attach 1–3]
- Paste your copied IdeaStudio link where indicated.
