✓ software is updated to V6
✓Calibrate always before cutting
✓lights is on not dim
✓ tried also to cut the glossy part of phototop where reg mark is printed but still there’s still white on stickers.
Thanks so much for the detailed feedback, @Ruben_Vergara.
I’ve already synced your case with our support team, and they should have reached out to you. Please check your inbox for an email from support@loklik.com.
Tried different material but still, the cut is not accurate.
No phototop
With phototop
Glossy
Non glossy
Even bondpaper
I also put light on the top but outcome is still the same.
Waste of money.
Hi and welcome to the community, @Ruben_Vergara! I’m sorry you’ve run into this situation. Could you please share pictures of your calibration sheets so we can evaluate your results? Each machine has its own calibration values, so it’s important to make sure the cut lines on your sheet are centered. Here’s a great tutorial for reference—hope it helps!
Hope you can share an image of your output. Sometimes the quality of the image affects the extracting of contours causing the white on the edges. Plus it was mentioned in the description that there is a .5mm I think margin of error.
When using glossy, holo or glittery material make sure the the lighting in your area is dim so that it will not bounce off and affect the reading of the registration marks
Using Loklik icraft for weeks. On my first day of use it did a good job in reading registration marks and cutting stickers . But on the second day until now I cannot use it properly. Marks cannot be read. Few times (like 1 in 20 tries) it can read marks but cannot cut properly. Calibrated many times and sometimes even the calibration is not possible because marks cannot be read. Tried all the tips I watched and read on the LOKLiK Community but still not working. Work on dim lights, don’t use phototop or don’t put phototop into n registration marks ect. Lost many materials and orders because of this problem. Right now I’m regretting that I bought this machine. My hard earned money wasted. What should i do?
Is this the iCraft or the Crafter?
Which one is your machine? ICraft or crafter?
Hi @Kathrine_Pascua, welcome to the community—and I’m really sorry you’re going through this. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest your hard-earned money and time, only to face issues that disrupt your workflow and cost you materials and orders. You’re absolutely right to speak up.
It sounds like you’ve already tried many of the common troubleshooting tips, so thank you for being so thorough. To help pinpoint the issue, could you share a photo of your most recent calibration sheet? That will help us see if the cut lines are centered and whether the machine is reading the marks correctly. Each iCraft machine has slightly different calibration values, so visual reference is key.
Also, if you haven’t already, please reach out directly to support@loklik.com. They’ve been syncing with cases like this and may be able to offer a deeper fix or replacement options.
You’re not alone—others have faced similar challenges, and we’re here to help however we can. Let’s work together to get your machine functioning properly again. ![]()
Hi @Kathrine_Pascua and @Ruben_Vergara. Welcome to the community. Sorry for your frustrating begining experience with your machine (tell us which, please).
Provide us with clear and detailed information so we can help you, and please don’t give up, because your case has a solution.
You already did the best thing to solve it, which is posting about it here. If you keep giving feedback after advices we can find that solution together.
i already did contacting support but its just again doing calibration which is I am doing for 8 months already. I wasted a lot of paper and sticker paper.
Mine is Icraft. version 6. I try also uninstalling app and add the machine as new one…bur still the print and cut is not accurate not even close.
What material are you using? Just did a print and cut using glossy photo sticker and here was my result using the icraft
I dont know why my icraft is not behaving like this😅.
For circles, it’s better to use the circle shape. I noticed that the extraction of the circle contour isn’t always perfect.
Always check your contours to see if they fit neatly over your images
Icraft
Make sure calibration is done correctly. Plus lighting in the room can also be a factor especially with glossy or holo material
I made this calibration template back in the old days when I was learning on how to make perfect cuts. I can´t waste a cm of material so that was very important.
I performed many test until I understood all the factors apllying. With it, with only one printed sheet on regular paper, I learned all I needed, as I could select individual squares and extract different conclussions. I went nuts with it, but almost every question was answered in the process.
Some of them still remained, but they soon disappeared when I happily joined this forum and exchanged experiences and knowledge with our craft mates.
It´s been a long time now since I don´t have any issues with calibration. I never perform calibrations, the machine stays steady. Maybe once or twice I forgot to make an adjustment or was lazy to check everything. But everything is mainly internalized now, I can be done with eyes closed.
You may do something like using a similar template. You don´t need to go as crazy as I went, you don´t need to waste valuable materials, and you can share it with us with details, the solution to what is happening to you, is easy, we only need to find out where the problem is, and I don´t think it’s in the iCraft, but something you’re or you’re not doing or realizing. So please, let us help you showing us an example from calibration sheet to the given test from print to cut ![]()
