Hello, @Brian_LeBleu!:smiley: Welcome to the community. We’re happy to have you here! I believe you can cut a rubber stamp with the iEngrave, but let @rinsky confirm that before you take my answer as definitive. Have a lovely day.

Welcome to the community @Brian_LeBleu. A 10W diode laser can engrave and cut rubber stamp material if it is laser-friendly. Users have successfully cut EVA foam (a type of soft rubber-like material) cleanly on the iEngrave.

However, not all rubber materials engrave or cut the same, and some laser-safe rubbers are specifically formulated for stamp making. Professional stamp making often uses thicker sheets (for example 4 mm to 6 mm) and optimized laser settings, including specific depths and speeds, to get crisp stamp impressions.

Please remember, that laser engraving rubber can create fumes and residue, and some rubber types can smoke, smell, or even char. Good ventilation and an extraction setup are important, and you may need to test settings and materials carefully. Many experienced users recommend laser-rated rubber rather than generic craft rubber for best results.

Hope this information helps. @rinsky may have some additional helpful hints and techniques to offer assistance.

Hi and welcome to the community, @Brian_LeBleu!

You can cut rubber‑stamp material on the iEngrave — just make sure it’s specifically labeled “laser‑safe.” Most rubber‑like materials will release toxic fumes when hit with a 10W diode laser, so you’ll want a proper extraction setup in your workspace, just like @Cory_Barger mentioned earlier.

One of our members also tested cutting EVA foam on the iEngraver, and you can check out their results here for reference:
Cutting and Engraving Tests on Different Materials (Part Two)

Hope this points you in the right direction!

Thank you @Samantha_Bryant and @Cory_Barger for tagging me on this topic.
