What a beautiful and meaningful piece, Samantha!
Hello Amber! Happy New Year!
Iām so sorry you havenāt been feeling well, hope youāre feeling much better now. ![]()
No worries at all, just jump in whenever you feel up to it. And yeah! Letās unlock that grand prize together!
Thanks so much @Samantha_Bryant for the helpful answer! ![]()
And yeah @kimberlyrudy, either is totally fine: it can have words or just be a design. The key is to use official assets from the IdeaStudio library, so it will count as a valid entry. ![]()
If anythingās unclear, feel free to DM me anytime!
Thank you, Jodie! Iām happy you think so! ![]()
And youāre very welcome. Always happy to help. I did edit my comment to @kimberlyrudy to clarify that if using an original design it should be done using Loklik assets. That way thereās no confusion.
@Jodie thank you so much!
I have diabetes and sometimes the medication makes me feel yucky! But I have a dr follow up on Friday, and we are planning to switch some things a little. But I do feel a lot better and excited for the new event! Home decor is a huge variety of creative ideas! Going to be a lot of fun!!!
Canāt wait to see everyone out there and see all the beautiful projects!!

That turned out beautiful! Great work!
@Teddi_Barela @Mark Thanks so much! I really love the way sublimation on wood turns out.
Do you put a laminating sheet on it before you sublimate? I assume so, but wanted to ask to make sure. Thanks
Yes I press it for 15 seconds to make sure it adheres, and it turns out great. I used Pen and Gear laminating sheets from Walmart.
thank you for confirming!! I may have to try it out sometime soon!!
Here is my home-decor week 1 entry 2:
Theme: Resilient Beauty
IdeaStudio Link: See What I've Been Creating...
Story: This piece was inspired by the quiet strength that comes from being stitched back together. The swirling colors represent lifeās chaos, and the mended bear reminds us that even after the hardest moments, we can still stand soft, loved, and present.
The photo doesnāt do it much justice, as you canāt see how it sparkles so brightly on the canvas.
Wow, this is Beautiful!!
Ooooh I love this!!
Thank you for the sweet comment!
Iām happy you love it!
