If the LOKLiK laser head module light does not turn on, it generally indicates a failure in power supply, a connection issue, or a hardware defect. It often means the machine is not receiving power, the emergency stop is engaged, or the module itself needs replacement.

Key Troubleshooting Steps:

Check Power & Emergency Stop: Ensure the power plug is fully inserted and that the emergency stop button is released (rotated clockwise until it clicks and pops out).

Check Cables: Inspect the cable connecting the laser head to the machine for loose connections or damage.

Rehome the Machine: Manually move the laser head to the front-left corner to ensure it isn’t stuck outside its working area.

Restart & Reset: Power off the machine, wait two minutes, and turn it back on. Use the Loklik Design Space app to check for firmware updates.

If the light still does not come on after these steps, it is likely a hardware failure, and you should contact LOKLiK support for a replacement module.
