So the app updated and now all I am getting is an error and can’t do anything won’t connect to machine or craft ? Anyone else with issues?

I have been trying to design stuff and IdeaStudio isn’t responding. I have tried the desktop version and mobile app. None of the combine tools are working either. I’m still on version 3.0.0 though, what version are you on? Edit I’m on version 3.1.0 on mobile but 3 on desktop. What errors are you getting?
@OliviaZzz would you know anything as to why we are seeing these issues?

I uninstalled and reinstalled twice and got it worked long enough to finish up one of my projects !

Yeah I’m still having problems too. I sent some feedback and error reports. I hope it will get sorted out soon. I really want to finish my project.

Yeah, I used a combo of the mobile app and the desktop app to finish my project. The shirt looks great. I have to ask, are the squares meaningful?
this was just a test run so no not really I just wanted it layered !!! the red on the back bottom was supposed to be a motor cut out lol but i had ironed this down already before i realized the mlayout i had found was for a laser print so it wouldnt cut the belt to make it look correct lol now the blue is the colors of my husbands buisness
