Hi I have loklik auto heat press and it was great until it started to to do flickering screen and then shuts dow mainly while the heat press lower itself down.
This do not happened immediately after the press is used. It takes about 10 to 12 presses before it happens or if the heat press is heated to its maximum heat then it happens after the second one.

Welcome to the community. This isn’t something that should happen. This is a sign of a faulty component. My advice to you is to email support@htvront.com. They’ll probably want video of your machine, so they can see the condition of it and so they can better understand the issue. So, I would be sure to video it when it’s doing this. You will probably need to save the video to a cloud service like Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive, and share the link to the video, as it may be too large of a file to send via email. They will also probably reply during the very early morning hours, as they are not located in the US. However, they will definitely respond pretty quickly, within 24 hours. If you provide video and explain to them what’s happening, chances are they will either fix it for you, or send you a new one, if it can’t be fixed. Edit: I’m assuming you already unplugged it and restarted it, and that didn’t work, am i correct?

Desconecta la máquina de la corriente, espera unos 30 segundos y luego vuelve a conectarla. Después revisa si puede subir correctamente.

. Indica en el correo que ya intentaste este paso de desconectar y volver a conectar la máquina, para que el equipo pueda ayudarte más rápido.
You can try this first:
Unplug the machine from the power source, wait about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. After that, check whether it can lift up properly.
If it still doesn’t work, please record a short video showing the issue and contact support@htvront.com

muchas gracias, eso haré…claro ya desconecte, volvi a conectar y encendĂ, pero nada, lo peor es que ya paso un mes y medio que venciĂł la garantĂa y no me contesta el proveedor para indicarme donde llevarla a algun servicio tĂ©cnico en ConcepciĂłn, Chile.
Puede ser que la placa calefactora esté atascada y que el sistema de elevación no esté respondiendo.
Con la máquina encendida, intenta mover suavemente la placa calefactora de izquierda a derecha. Mientras la mueves, aplica un poco de fuerza hacia abajo o hacia arriba al mismo tiempo y presiona el botón “R”.
Repite este proceso varias veces para ver si logra destrabarse. ![]()
Si aun asà no funciona, es posible que ya sea necesario llevarla a servicio técnico para reparación.
It’s possible that the heat platen is stuck and the lifting function isn’t responding.
With the machine powered on, try gently moving the heat platen from side to side. While doing that, apply a small amount of upward or downward pressure at the same time and press the “R” button.
Repeat this a few times to see if it can be released.
If it still doesn’t work, it may need to be taken in for repair.
