LokLik printer software and drivers

Hello, I received a usb drive with my printer but nothing is on it and I can not read anything on it. I downloaded RIIN online but I have not gotten my printer to talk to my computer. Also I saw another software program on this site “Better Printer hlc” but I can’t find it online. Please help.

1. Check USB Connection

  • Use the original USB cable that came with the printer.
  • Try a different USB port on your computer—preferably a direct port, not through a hub.
  • Avoid using USB-C adapters unless necessary; they can sometimes cause communication issues.

2. Install RIIN Properly

  • Make sure you downloaded the latest version from the official LokLik site or community thread.
  • Run the installer as administrator (right-click > “Run as administrator”).
  • Restart your computer after installation.

3. Verify Drivers

  • Open Device Manager (Windows) and check under “Printers” or “USB Devices.”
  • If you see a yellow warning icon, right-click and update the driver.
  • If no device appears, try reinstalling RIIN or using a different USB cable.

4. Printer Power & Mode

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and not in sleep mode.
  • Some models require you to press a button to enter “PC connection” mode—check your manual.

5. Software Settings

  • Open RIIN and go to “Settings” or “Device” tab.
  • Select your printer model manually if it doesn’t auto-detect.
  • Try refreshing or rescanning for devices.

6. Firewall & Antivirus

  • Temporarily disable firewall or antivirus software—they can block RIIN’s connection.

7. Missing USB Content
