We’re kicking off our “Meet 100 HTVRONT Partners” series, a special project celebrating the talented creators who bring heart, imagination, and craftsmanship to our community. 
Today, we’re so excited to introduce our very first Partner — Kimberly, a familiar face to many of you! She’s not only one of our amazing HTVRONT Creators and HTVRONT Partners, but also a passionate maker whose creativity and kindness inspire everyone around her.
Based in El Paso, Texas, Kimberly is the creative soul behind SkyiCreations. A devoted mom, volunteer, and artist, she turns everyday materials into heartfelt keepsakes, from delicate paper flowers to elegant, personalized cake toppers that make every celebration shine brighter. 
Now, let’s take a closer look at Kimberly’s story — how a simple love for crafting blossomed into a thriving creative business, and how she continues to use her passion to bring joy and give back to her local community. 
From Hobby to Heartfelt BusinessKimberly’s crafting story began with curiosity and a glue gun. What started as a simple creative outlet soon grew into something much more meaningful.
She began making paper flowers, teaching herself through trial and error, testing colors, textures, and layers until each petal felt just right.
“I started with paper flowers,” Kimberly shares, “and once I saw how something so simple could bring happiness, I couldn’t stop.”
In 2017, that passion blossomed into SkyiCreations, a small business where she now makes everything from paper flowers and cake toppers to wooden signs and keychains. Each handmade piece carries a touch of warmth and intention, created to celebrate life’s most joyful moments.
“It’s such a happy feeling when you finish a craft and see someone smile,” she says. “That joy keeps me going.”
That same warmth is reflected in the name SkyiCreations itself. Kimberly named her business after her three daughters — Sophia, Katherine Y (Spanish for and), and Isabella — whose initials form “SKYI.”
“My daughters are my motivation to grow in my craft and business every day,” she shares. “I hope to be a role model for them and show that as women, we can build something meaningful through hard work, dedication, and creativity.”
Spreading Love Through CraftFor Kimberly, crafting has always been more than just creating beautiful things. It’s about using her talents to bring people together and make a difference. Based in El Paso, she actively volunteers with local schools and nonprofits, where her creative spirit shines brightest.
Each year, she helps organize art stations for local outreach events for Autism Awareness Month, where children are encouraged to paint, create, and explore through art.
Using HTV Vinyl and IdeaStudio, Kimberly prepares canvases with simple line art, unicorns, flowers, and more. So that every child, regardless of ability, can enjoy the experience without fear of a blank canvas.
“Some of the kids get stressed by an empty canvas,” Kimberly explains, “so I add simple outlines to help them start. Once they begin painting, their smiles say it all, they’re so proud of their little masterpieces.”
And at church outreach events, she gives back in a simple yet joyful way, preparing cookie-decorating stations, handing out snow cones and popcorn with her daughters, and creating small moments of happiness with local families.
Kimberly’s giving heart also reaches beyond her local community through her participation in Cards for Cubs as part of the Bearly Art Design Team, a national initiative that sends handmade cards to foster children.
“These cards are made with love,” she shares. “Over the years, my kids and I have made more than 250 cards one year and about 100 another. It’s something we love doing together.”
Beyond these events, Kimberly also gives back to teachers who nurture her children’s education, she takes her creativity even further. Each August, she participates in the “We Love Teachers” Banquet, this event is a free event for local teachers to come in and be blessed by a variety of vendors. I have given the teachers multiple gifts to include keychains, bookmarks, stickers and have a giveaway each year for 2 personalized wooden signs.
“It’s just a small thank-you,” she says, “but it’s meaningful, our teachers here have such big hearts.”
Her involvement doesn’t stop there. As a member of her children’s school PTO board, Kimberly volunteers for fundraisers and special celebrations, crafting hundreds of ribbon mums — a Texas tradition — entirely by hand. Using her LOKLiK iCraft machine, she custom-cuts glittery vinyl lettering and assembles each design herself.
Together with other parents, she helps organize workshops and homecoming mum assemblies for school fundraisers.
“Last year, we made 89 homecoming mums,” Kimberly recalls, “and all the profits went to the school PTSO to support teachers, staff, students, and families.”
“I could sell them,” she laughs, “but I’d rather give my time to support the school. Having these hands and tools means I can help others — it’s not just for me, it’s for everyone.”
Through SkyiCreations, Kimberly has turned her creativity into a force for good — blending artistry, community spirit, and compassion into every project she touches.
How HTVRONT Became Part of Her JourneyIn 2019, Kimberly first discovered HTVRONT after seeing other crafters share their projects online. Curiosity led her to try the products, and she’s been a loyal fan ever since.
“I saw popular crafters using HTVRONT products on Instagram,” she recalls. “When I searched on Amazon, HTVRONT kept appearing, so I tried it, and I’ve been using it ever since.”
Today, Kimberly’s creative space is powered by a lineup of her favorite tools, including the HTVRONT Auto Heat Press 2, Mini Heat Press 3, Manual Hat Heat Press, and LOKLiK iCraft and iEngrave. Each tool has its own special place in her workflow, whether it’s layering vinyl, engraving wooden gifts, or adding the finishing touches to her handmade designs.
“I love how easy and reliable the HTVRONT machines are,” she says. “They make it simple to turn ideas into something real.”
One thing she particularly appreciates is how quietly the LOKLiK cutting machine runs, a small detail that makes a big difference for a mom of four who often crafts late at night.
“One evening, my husband came out and asked, ‘What are you doing?’” Kimberly laughs. “I told him, ‘Cutting vinyl.’ He looked surprised and said, ‘Really? I didn’t hear anything!’ That’s how quiet it is.”
One of Kimberly’s proudest creations was her son’s birthday project — complete with a custom DTF shirt made using the Auto Heat Press 2 and a matching cake topper crafted on the LOKLiK cutting machine.
“Seeing his smile from ear to ear made it all worth it,” Kimberly says. “Something as simple as a shirt and a piece of cardstock became a memory we’ll never forget.”
Beyond her family projects, HTVRONT tools have also become part of her community work. She uses them to press canvas art for local children and to engrave teacher gifts for school events and fundraisers.
“These tools make it easier to create in bigger batches,” Kimberly shares. “That means more time for what really matters — spreading joy through crafting.”
How Kimberly Balance Life, Family and CreativityBetween running her small business, teaching Zumba classes, volunteering, and raising four children, Kimberly somehow makes room for creativity every day. For her, crafting isn’t just work, it’s a way to slow down and reconnect with joy.
“It’s my therapy,” she says. “When life gets busy, crafting helps me unwind and reminds me why I love what I do.”
Her home studio often turns into a family space, where creativity flows as freely as conversation. Her daughters and son love joining her at the crafting table, choosing colors, weeding vinyl, or helping assemble paper flowers. Those shared moments, filled with laughter, glitter, and tiny hands learning by doing, are what she treasures most.
“Crafting connects us,” she smiles. “It’s not just about making something, it’s about making it together.”
Kimberly also has a special talent for finding inspiration in everyday life. A walk through her neighborhood, a song, or even a color palette from her daughter’s drawings can spark new ideas. She keeps a small notebook nearby — jotting down quick sketches or notes whenever an idea appears.
Even during her Zumba classes, creativity sneaks in:
“Sometimes when I’m listening to music or teaching, a new design just pops into my mind,” she laughs. “It’s funny, but inspiration shows up when you least expect it.”
She has also used the iCraft, Manual Hat Press and the Auto Heat Press 2 to create personalized shirts and caps to create themed items for Zumba class.
For Kimberly, balancing life and creativity isn’t about finding more time. It’s about making meaning in the moments she already has. Every project, every shared craft session, and every quiet hour in her workspace is a reminder that joy can grow anywhere, as long as you make space for it. 
Growing Together with HTVRONT CommunityFor Kimberly, joining the HTVRONT community has been more than just connecting with other crafters. It’s about finding friendship, inspiration, and a sense of belonging.
“I’ve been part of the community for a year now,” she says with a smile. “And in that time, I’ve met so many familiar faces, people who share the same passion, creativity, and kindness. It feels like we’re growing together.”
Through every weekly challenge, shared project, and IdeaStudio creation, Kimberly has built meaningful connections with fellow makers like Rinsky, Bella, and Marino. These friendships go beyond crafting — they’re about celebrating creativity, supporting one another, and pushing each other to try new things.
“It’s amazing to see how everyone helps each other,” she says. “Whether it’s tips, encouragement, or simply cheering someone on — that’s what makes this community special.”
As the community continues to grow, Kimberly hopes it remains a space where creators can learn, share, and lift one another up.

Kimberly believes that creativity grows best when shared.
“We can all learn from each other,” she adds. “When we grow together, our creativity becomes limitless.”
