In our case, since not all items are available in our region, we just message the admin and ask if we can exchange our points with other items that are available on the official htvront partner shops in our region. Maybe you can also directly ask the admin if that is also possible in your region?

I don’t think I have enough points for it the thing I’m struggling with most is mugs right now ( the air fryer is making me waste so many lol
