My crafting journey began in 2018, during one of the hardest seasons of my life. After experiencing two miscarriages, I was left feeling broken and searching for something to help me cope with the heartbreak and hurt. That’s when I turned to crafting.
At first, it was just a way to keep my mind busy, but soon it became so much more! It was a source of healing, hope, and a creative outlet that gave me back a sense of purpose. I fell in love with vinyl projects and the joy of seeing a simple idea come to life. Over time, crafting became my safe space, helping me turn pain into something beautiful.
I started sharing the items i was creating and others wanted to know if i would make them items as well. This is how i started my business, Personally You. Fun fact that most dont know, the 2 birds on my logo represent my 2 miscarriages and how my journey began.
I started with HTVRONT vinyl and mini heat press to create beautiful things. These gave me the freedom to create with confidence. Each shirt, tumbler, or little personalized gift I make carries a piece of my story and proof that even in hard times, beauty can still be pressed into existence. I share my story so that it may help others who are in bad times know that things do get better and crafting is a great way to help cope💖
