Hi! @Bethany_Keever A few things you might need to check: - make sure the chosen quality in your printer settings is set to “glossy photo paper” - Make sure you are printing in the “matte” side of your sublimation film - Try to guide the film in the feeder with a little push - Try to tape the film to a copy paper (least option) Please let me know if this works for you!
