I can"t set up my Iengraver
Help! I was trying to connect it to my iMac desktop computer and I watched the video but I’m not able to install it

Thanks for reaching out—let’s get you up and running! Since you’ve already watched the video (great start!), here are a few things we can double-check:
1. Compatibility: Is the software or driver you’re trying to install compatible with your version of macOS?
2. Permissions: Sometimes macOS blocks installations from unidentified developers. Did you get any pop-up or warning message?
3. Steps Followed: Did you drag the application into your Applications folder before trying to open it?
4. Security Settings: You might need to go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and click “Allow” if something was blocked.

Note: I haven’t seen many members here using the iMac desktop version yet, but hopefully someone will chime in and share their experience. I’ve heard from several folks that they’ve had trouble connecting their iEngrave to an iMac—possibly due to macOS blocking the driver installation for security reasons. That’s pretty typical of how Apple handles third-party software.
