My new baby finally arrived home!

I have been looking forward to adding a mini heat press to my craft room for quite a while, and my new HTVRONT H1 Mini Heat Press is finally here.
One of the things I mentioned recently while making a custom Star Wars pouch bag was how useful a small heat press would be, not only for applying small HTV designs, but also for sewing projects. Large heat presses are wonderful for big jobs, but sometimes you just need something compact, lightweight and easy to handle right next to the sewing machine.
I ordered the H1 together with an HTVRONT pressing mat and a pair of heat resistant gloves, and I think they are going to make the perfect little workstation for both vinyl applications and sewing assistance. Having everything ready on the desk will make those small details so much easier and safer to handle.
I have already given it its first little test, using it to touch up some HTV details on a few pouches that originally had to be pressed with a regular household iron. It worked really well, but more importantly it confirmed exactly why I wanted a mini press in the first place. The next pouch will be made with the H1 from the very beginning, which means cleaner application, better control and far fewer worries throughout the whole process.
And yes, I chose the lovely Bubble Blue version to match its big bother Loklik Impress Auto 2β¦ I could not resist! ![]()
