Day 27, feeling tired still playing catch up in HR dept . We should have our new HR manger next week crossing fingers it’s a good match.

So, a ‘little bit’ of DIY to rip out a botch job of shelving and rails in a built-in wardrobe turned into almost 4 days of declutterring our entire bedroom and my 2 bookcases. Feels like I’ve been absent from the community for months!
I found so many things that I’d completely forgotten about, such as old t-shirts I made when I was first in a band in my late teens, loads of little trinkets, and some marvellous old books. The books included an old “pianoforte” tutor from 1880 and H G Wells Histories of the World Vol 1 & 2 from 1925! It’s amazing what we accumulate over our ‘3 score and ten.’

I only just managed to get a little time to try sublimation tonight.

So I only started crafting in November and everyone told me I had a hidden talent and don’t stop until I succeed! So that’s what I’m doing now! I want to own a small boutique of my own! That’s my five year plan! These are two I’m working on now!

Been crafting up a storm in my craft room this morning. Finished my valentines day craft video (better late than never) so I’ll edit that after lunch. Been a good Monday.

Erm, not as good as I hoped but better than I expected!
We all start somewhere and I now know:

• My sublimation vinyl shrinks - a lot;
• My sublimation ink is cheap and very, very nasty;
• My sublimation paper is even worse than the ink!

What ink did you go with? You know what, you are new to sublimation, and it is a learning curve. Yeah, saw your project it looks good. Least you have started, it will only get better now.
