My husband is a bit more of a grinch and I am more Cindy Lu who lol but I enjoy decorating for me not anyone else. So thatâs what I do but took the tree down per his request after Christmas .

I need to get into the craft room and find my table tops again! NOT looking forward to it, and may just shut the door again! lol As for the tree, I want to keep it up until the 6th of January, something my German dad did, but hubby getâs pushy to put it away on January 2nd. One day I just may win this battle! lol

my mood is curious. Will be working on a clipboard for my husband and trying a different process mode with the iEngrave. Also excited for my honeycomb laser bed to come in on the 3rd of January so i can finally try cutting a shape out!!

Day 17: Slightly perplexed. Iâm trying out my handheld engraving pen on a couple rocks. We have a pond in the yard and since weâre in Wisconsin, we bring the fish in for the winter so they donât freeze to death. My granddaughter loves watching the fish so I thought I could engrave her and her baby brotherâs names on the rocks with the pen. I had it stuck in my head that they would look like slate when done but after I did Claraâs, reality set in and it dawned on me that a rock is the same all the way thru so thereâs no contrast. I hesitate to paint the letters but I may have to do that.

I love black glitter on black! I did a design on a shirt about a year ago and really love the way it reflects in a subtle way.

We always kept ours up past the 6th. We had a nativity set and every day weâd move the Three Wise Men a little bit closer and on the 6th, they stood over the manger. Most years mine is up thru that date.

Itâs great and a massive improvement over the old one.
The main reason I chose an iPad over Android is Affinity Designer. Android would probably have given me a lot more for the same money though.

Right now ny mood is confussed. I was trying to share s project for cozy-creations week 3, but IS throws a connection error from my mobile.

Day #17:
Today, Iâm feeling inspired and in full creative-brain mode. Iâve been diving into some new shadow box designs from a few incredibly talented artist friends, and each layer feels like a spark of fresh possibility. Itâs one of those days where ideas just seem to flow, and Iâm enjoying every minute of exploring new styles, colors, and dimensions. It feels good to simply sit with the creativity and see where it leads.
