Day 23: it’s winter classic hockey day so excited for that! Then the author I like has her adult beverage live so drink hockey and books a great night! Oh my kindle book total for 2025 shows my book problems :joy:

Day #23:

Today’s mood is all about rolling up the sleeves and getting things done. What started as a simple sink repair quickly turned into a full-blown home upgrade adventure. We fixed the drain piping, swapped in a brand-new faucet, and even installed a garbage disposal for good measure. And because no hardware store trip is ever truly “quick,” we somehow came home with a new orbital sander and not one but two hammer drills. LOL!

There’s something incredibly satisfying about tackling projects like this. Even when it takes longer than expected or the to-do list magically grows, you walk away feeling capable, accomplished, and a little bit proud. Today’s vibe is resourceful, empowered, and definitely handy!

Day 23 - Late check‑in, but I’m feeling good after finishing my daughter’s Christmas :christmas_tree: and Birthday :birthday: shopping! :star_struck: Her Apple Watch was back‑ordered with no updates until now (she still has no idea we ordered it last Christmas). Just in case it didn’t arrive, I already wrapped a pair of cleats for her birthday. I bought them last year when they first came out—her size always sells out fast—and now they’re ON SALE!

Tomorrow is my last shift at work and I’m a little bit sad. Was really starting to like the people there but physically it was too much on my ole lady knees and back. :roll_eyes: I start my new job on Weds so that’s exciting!

I’ve decided, today is a good day to finally get my old printer converted to sublimation. I bought the conversion kit a few months ago but never had a chance.
Hopefully the printer won’t be dead from sitting idle for a couple of years. Fingers X’d!

Another day of motivation is needed to catch up on housework so I can get back in my craft room and finish some of the projects I’ve started. I’ve been spending time changing some of my embroidery designs to SVG on IdeaStudio. I hoping to get something cut out today.
