Trying to Print and Cut. Mode Print and Cut, Material Load 12x12 Letter Size 8.5x11, Start Printing but my Printer disappear after being shown. Don’t know how to add a video on this message. I have uninstall and reinstall my EPSOn 2760 printer for Sublimation. Any troubleshooting is appreciated.

I don’t have the icraft @rinsky is the machine moderator she may have something to help. Also have you looked at post u set machine about print and cut and see if anything posted was similar to your issue?

It sounds like your printer is briefly recognized, then disappears when you start the Print and Cut process. A few things to check:
Software Connection
• Make sure your Epson 2760 is set as the default printer in your system settings.
• Double-check that your IdeaStudio software is still linked to the correct printer after reinstalling.
Print Dialog Behavior
• If the printer vanishes when the print dialog opens, try launching the print dialog outside of the cutting software first (e.g., from a PDF or Word doc) to confirm it’s stable.
• Some users have had luck restarting the software after reinstalling the printer—especially if the software cached an old printer profile.
Material Size Mismatch
• You mentioned 12x12 mat with 8.5x11 material—make sure your IdeaStudio software and printer settings match the actual loaded material. A mismatch can cause the printer to error out or disconnect.
Connection Type
• Are you using Wi-Fi or USB? If it’s Wi-Fi, try switching to USB temporarily to rule out network hiccups.
Adding a Screenshots of your process
• Sharing screenshots of the process you are currently use is great that way folks can see exactly what’s happening.

If you’re on computer you can also just take a screen/area shot and paste regularly on the message zone.
