Project | Holiday Shirts & Hats

These festive A4 shirts were sublimated using my Brother sublimation printer paired with HTVRONT sublimation paper, pressed to perfection on my Auto Heat Press 2. I sourced the shirts from Jiffy—100% polyester, perfect for vibrant color payoff. Everything was flowing until my heat press decided to take a holiday break mid-run . But we pivoted!

For the hats, I grabbed plush Santa caps from Dollar Tree and used HTVRONT dark transfer paper to apply the graphics. One hiccup: the fur trim on one hat reacted with the heat and turned the image red—lesson learned for future batches!

Despite the glitch, the joy was real. Kevin told his mom he wants all his shirts made by me. That moment? Pure magic.
