Step-by-Step Instructions (HTV Shirt)
- Design Setup
• Open Ideal Studio
• Upload or create your design
• Add text: “Not chasing Bunnies I’m chasing Hunnies”
• Size your design to fit your shirt (usually 9–11 inches wide)
• Mirror the design (very important for HTV)

- Cut Your Vinyl
• Place HTVRont or Hobby Lobby HTV vinyl shiny side down on the mat
• Load into your iCraft cutting machine
• Select correct material setting (HTV / Iron-on)
• Start cutting

- Weed the Design
• Remove excess vinyl carefully
• Use a weeding tool to pull out small details (letters, shapes, hearts)
• Leave only the design on the carrier sheet

- Prep the Shirt
• Preheat your shirt for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture
• Lay flat and lint-roll if needed

- Heat Press Application
• Place design sticky side down onto shirt
• Press at:
• Temp: 305–320°F
• Time: 10–15 seconds
• Pressure: Medium
• Let cool slightly, then peel carrier sheet

• Cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet
• Press again for 5–10 seconds to seal

• Let shirt rest 24 hours before washing
• Wash inside out for long-lasting wear
