Self-Introduction: Let's Get to Know Each Other

Hi everyone!
My name is Susana and I’m new here. I’ve always loved doing crafts – it relaxes me, inspires me, and I really enjoy creating unique things with my own hands. Lately, I’ve seen so many amazing projects made with cutting and customization machines, and I’m seriously thinking about getting Loklik’s iCraft, It seems lovely!

I’m still doing some research to figure out which machines would be the best fit for what I want to create, so any advice or experiences you’d like to share would be greatly appreciated. I’m excited to learn and see everything that can be made! :bulb::art::scissors:

Happy to be here!

Hi, welcome to the community can’t wait for you to get started with making products with your new machine, possibilities are endless, the sky is the limit.

In regards to research that’s a good start, see what machine suits you and your budget, the worst is to get a machine and you get brain fog and you don’t know how to use it.

I would suggest firstly is to get yourself familiarised with the software as their is a big learning curve (that’s what I did before I ordered)

As this will allow you to get up and running for when your machine arrives.

It’s very stressful when getting a machine and still figuring out how to use it and it only adds to the stress.

Draft up some projects so they are ready for you to create when your machine arrives and you will be up and running in no time.

I remember when I first put my machine years ago I literally had it in storage for over two months because I was too afraid to use it. Don’t be me and get started straight away because you’ve only regret. It

Yes I agree with what @IslaNoor.a said. Download the software. Most cutting machine brands have a free software version. Test them out watch some tutorials and see what machine is right for you, and have some projects in mind for when your cutting machine comes.

I have no idea what I’m doing here. I’m pretty sure it has nothing to do with alcohol.
