Hey there! My name is Alethea and I am the Founder and Mistress of Mouthiness of Foul Mouthed Femmes… where bold attitudes and spicy language abound! Afterall, we are the Glitterbomb of Bad Behavior. lol
Before I founded Foul Mouthed Femmes. com, I owned a micro home bakery. I did this for about 5 years before my body would no longer allow me to spend hours decorating custom cookies. Being disabled and very creative, I needed an outlet to let it all out. I am excited to add the laser printer to my bag of tricks and look forward to learning how to design and create items.
Hello, @AletheaA! ![]()
Welcome to the community! We’re happy to have you here! What a wonderful introduction! Congratulations on your new laser engraver! I’m so excited for you! ![]()

Hi there,
My name is Amanda (Miss Amanda I use to be a school bus driver
)
I live in a small town in Texas.
Our nearest craft store is 45 miles away one way
.
Nearest Walmart is 25 miles one way. ![]()
I am a craft hoarder.
There I said it; they say that is the first step.
I have 3 Cricut air explorer 2 and a maker. I love the software Design Space. I think the Idea Studio is similar.
But the Cricut just isn’t what I really wanted.
I decided to get a 3D printer and well its’s just collecting dust.
I finally did a pro and con list and decided that I wanted an engraver and cutting machine.
Soooo I got a glow forge. It’s nice, but I did not think it thru, you cannot engrave on cups, tumblers or bottles. The space is extremely limited.
So, for my anniversary on Valentine’s Day my hubby of 38 years surprised me (I surprised him really when I gave him the receipt
)
I am so excited about this wonderful crafty helper.
I have ADHD and Bi-polar. So, please forgive me if I ramble or ask a question already answered. ![]()
I am so happy to see the cheers mini reward program. It will keep me motivated and to include myself with other fellow crafters, hoarders, and procrastinators.
.
I tend to make things more difficult than it really is.
So, I am going to read some comments and find the section that will walk me through my first couple of projects.
Then I will unleash my bottled-up creativity.
I am wanting to really understand how the settings work. How and when to use power, percentages, and the other configures. That is what is holding me back right now. It is just something new to me and I need to compare it to something else I have done.
I’m one of those people that believe letters and numbers don’t belong together in Math. Math is numbers and English is letters!
.
I am a wife, a mother to my son (43 yrs old) a stepdaughter, stepson, 6 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 1 great-grandson, 1 great-granddaughter, and 4 fur babies (2 support dogs and 2 cats). ![]()
I caretake for my 85-year-old mother and my 75-year-old Husband. That keeps me busy.
See I told you I ramble
.
I think that should do it for now I’m sure I am boring y’all
.
I’m off to craft.
Thank you, guys, for being here to post, support and inspire us.
Miss Amanda
