What to Do If My iCraft Breaks?

Hello everyone, I want to be prepared in case something breaks in the future. I really enjoy using my iCraft, and I’d like to know if there’s a way to keep it running smoothly even if a specific part gets damaged. For example, let’s say the scanner light stops working, or the belt snaps can I request a replacement part directly from customer service? Would I be able to pay for the part and have it shipped to me, or is that not something that’s usually offered? It would be helpful to know what kinds of parts are available for replacement, how the process works, and whether I need to provide anything like a serial number or proof of purchase when I reach out.

Great question regarding support and repair! Hopefully never happens but just in case.

Great question I don’t have the icraft but it’s definitely not fun when something goes wrong it’s good to ask what ifs.

Whether you’re running a business or crafting for fun, it’s smart to have a second machine on standby—just in case. I personally keep a backup even though my main machine is just for making gifts. You never know when something might go wrong, and having a spare can save you from major delays.

With Thanksgiving and Black Friday deals rolling in, it’s a great time to grab one. I recently saw an iCraft machine marked down by $100, bringing it to around $99! In my opinion, investing in a second machine is often more cost-effective than trying to replace broken parts—especially when you’re mid-project.

Just my two cents, but I hope it helps someone out there!

This is wonderful advise. The holidays are coming. Santa grants wishes when you are good girls and boys! These deals really make it more affordable and keeping my :crossed_fingers:t2:. Wish I could get the @ZannX craft wheel of machines to place on my list and see which one I receive. I will keep you posted!

This is a great question. If the machine is still under warranty they normally send you out a new replacement one. That’s been my experience with their other machines any way. After warranty I’m not sure. I would think they will offer parts to fix and replace things when they break or wear.
