SADLY SINCE I BOUGHT MY ICRAFT LAST March, IT HAS BEEN CRASHING FROM TIME TO TIME. I HAVE EXPERIENCED A LOT OF MISALIGNMENTS EVEN IF I CALIBRATE MANY TIMES THE RESULT WOULD BE A WASTE OF MATERIAL. 
but today is the worst. The app updated the mac has updated from sonoma to sequioa OS, but everytime I upload an image to cut it will crash

Have you tried uninstalling and then installing it again?

i just got my icraft been using about a week so far. i been using it on my macbook air m2 sequioa os havent expericend any crashes so far
