3 layers on loklik htv vinyl?

I just got some Loklik branded HTv but it has 3 layers ? the clear plastic(shiny side)–>black and then a kind of see through. do I need to remove the see through. only notice once I started weeding it was 2 pieces beside the plastic

The white is the adhesive that makes the htv stick to the clothes . Unfortunately when i weed the glitter htv it splits and that’s how i discovered this .
Before it used to weed very easily and as one piece but something has changed definitely .
P.s i use htvront htvs and this happened only with the gold glitter one .
Ive received a whole loklik htv bundle but didn’t try it yet .

My HTV is loklik and I haven’t seen that. May it be a faulty batch, possibly damaged by heat during storage or shipping?

I agree with @Marino the white one is adhesive also happened to me with my HTVRont HTV😅

I’ve been working for 4 years with HTVRONT htvs and this is happening to the new products Idk what’s wrong but they need to fix it ASAP.

Looks like the adhesive is peeling off. Best to contact the store where you bought them. If you bought it recrntly, try checking with the store if it’s an expired batch
