"Add to Task" button refuse to work

I have been using my Loklik cutting machine to make vinyl designs for tshirts. A few days ago i opened the machine to use but it started updating (which i guess was to the new version). After the update, I have not been able to cut anything. After applying all the requisite settings, when i click “Add to Task” nothing happens. The process has refused to add to task. Matter of fact, its almost as if the “add to task” is not responding anymore. Does anybody know what i can do? Thanks

After uploading image, you’ll need to select it then choose either standard cut or print and cut then choose the layers you need to add to Task

Thanks. But I did all that (and that is how its been working before) still when i click “add to task” nothing happens

Have you tried reinstalling the software?

Have you opened the task list to see if any of the tasks are in there?

Please check whether your software is v2.4.0 in the menu [help]-[about loklik ideastudio]. I have encountered this problem in v 2.3.0, please upgrade the ideastudio software to the latest version v2.4.0.
The problem has been solved in the new version.
