Any solution for this?

Hello, @Anonymous. Have you turned off the machine and unplugged it for 30 seconds, then powered it back on?

If that doesn’t work:

You could have something stuck in the track. While powered off and unplugged, gently push the module with your hand and inspect the track to make sure nothing is in the way of the unit.

If you’ve done these things and it continues to do this, contact support@htvront.com or support@loklik.com. Send them a link to this video. If the video doesn’t upload to the email due to being too large, you can copy the link to this post by clicking the little link chain and paste it into the email. They will provide you with the help you need, by either offering a fix or making arrangements to send you a new one.

Please, let me know if any of these things worked, and/or if Loklik Support resolves your issue. Good luck! I hope everything works out well for you.

Edit: You will need to send them your order number and where you purchased the machine, as well.
