The app closes when i try seleting my file to opload a file. update has been made, restarted computer and app. also deleted app and redownloaded it. Can anyone help please?

Ahh chromebook… I think the app there is more similar with the mobile version rather than the PC/laptop one. It might not be able to handle the files you’re uploading that’s why it crashes?
Maybe it’s best to ask the @admins about this

I don’t think Idea Studio is able to work on Chrome OS yet.

ive been using it for a while now. it is the phone version. but i cant open files in general. i click on my files and it just closes out. but ill ask there

right, idea studio does not support Chrome OS, it cannot be used normally on it
