Hiii!!! Finally got some time to post!!!
I am happy and humbly proud to share some of my DIY party favors for my baby’s 5th birthday! Since we were quite busy with managing our businesses (apart from my printing business), we are unable to host a party for our son outside. So, again, resorting to DIY-ing some of the party needs for his simple birthday celebration at home.
- Bubblehead fridge magnet - (Finally was able to pull this off with my Loklik iCraft!!! Could not believe it!)
Materials: 0.5mm A4 magnetic sheet, glossy photo sticker, glitter phototop
Settings:
Blade: Deep blade (third party)
Force: 10
Speed: 5
Passes: 5
- Chip bags - (One of my favorite projects to do! I was short of plastic loot bags, I only ordered 10pcs, and I did not have time to reorder so I did chip bags instead, and I loved how it turned out!)
Materials: Photo paper 115gsm
Manual zigzag scissors
E7000 glue
- 3d cake topper - (Not the most perfect one but at least I was able to do what I could not imagine doing because it’s quite hard even just by watching it on youtube or facebook tutorials and reels haha but managed to somehow make it in 3d. I am short of materials so I only used rc rough satin photo paper here and the foam dots to elevate the layers)
Materials: RC Rough Satin photo paper 200gsm (I chose this bec. it no longer needs a phototop, but still depends on your preference)
3d foam dot double sided adhesive
Acrylic stick
Settings:
Blade: Fine point blade (orig blade)
Force: 9.5
Speed: 5
Passes: 2
I never even imagined to finish them on the day because I got sick the night before so I was quite short on time but it was still successful. Friends and family were surprised and amazed with the magnet as well as the chip bags. Haha. (I am like the only person in the family who has as they said talent like this LOL)
The sticker sheet did not make it in time but I will still try to make a sample for that for my son and hope to share it with you all soon too. But here’s what I made in Canva:
I will share with you the settings for this sticker sheet next time.
Anyways, I will be sharing more of my recent or upcoming works/projects here once I have some extra free time again.
IN SHORT, I LOVE MY LOKLIK ICRAFT!!!
