Stupid question …. How do i find out how many cheers i have and how do i use them?

Hello 
. Just click on your name in any post, and you will see how many cheers you have. 
Once you have received enough cheers to redeem, you can contact an admin during the last 3 days of the month to tell them what you want to redeem them for. You can find the Mini Awards Store here: Mini Awards Store | A New Way to Celebrate Creativity and Engagement
Or it’s linked in the hamburger menu at the top right of the page.
