Community Forum Layout is a nightmare

The forum layout on PC still feels too mobile-oriented. I miss a more practical, classic forum layout where all categories and subcategories are easier to see at a glance. It took me a while to realize there were more main categories, and even after knowing that, it’s really inconvenient to have to click “More Categories” first just to find something like this one.

Breadcrumbs, I need at least breadcrums, I get lost and I´m a UI designer. So imagine someone with attention problems.

That’s good to hear. I think adding a touch of PHPBB-style forums would be nice. I can post some ideas here as they come to me.

Beside the always-visible breadcrumb trail that allows navigation at any level from anywhere, a one-click button to access the private area would be nice. Maybe separating the avatar and notification alerts, with the submenu for the private area located in the avatar dropdown.

It could also be nice to have reward data included in the private area, even showing details about where the rewards come from.

A deeper hierarchy like: Category > Forum > Subforum > Thread — would be helpful too.

New observation:

Some kind of thread pinning system — I mean by the admins. So that important threads are easy to spot at a glance or in certain category. Kind of like the old BBCode forums style, where pinned threads by admins were separated at the top of the screen.
