Happy days of sunshine and my youngest son will be graduating Kindergarten Wednesday next week and Iâm so proud ! Also received email that I have court June 1 to get finalized on custody of my oldest son! Gods grace and mercy has blessed me with everything I have wanted for so long! Now Iâm scared to death on how and if Iâm gonna be a good mother to both kids bc my oldest is 11 now and this is gonna be a huge change for everyone! So send good vibes and prayers my way Thax

Quick update⊠I was supposed to be on my way to Tennessee this week, but everything has been one thing after another. The movers noâshowed twice, then suddenly showed up after I told them they were in breach of contract. They refused to leave, and I ended up having to call the police to get them off my property.
On top of that, my soonâtoâbe exâhusband has been trying to pressure me into signing divorce papers he pulled off the internet five years ago â papers that basically waive all my rights. Iâm not signing anything without talking to an attorney first, but the intimidation tactics have added a whole extra layer of stress to an already exhausting week.
Now everything I own is packed, all my machines are boxed up, and I canât make anything to distract myself. Old Dominion wonât have a trailer here until Monday, so Iâm still stuck in Texas when I shouldâve already been on the road. Iâm exhausted, sad, and ready for this move to finally happen â but Iâm still pushing forward.
I hope you are all doing great. Just wanted to give an update for those wondering how itâs going with my move.

Thanks so much, Diane. Your kind words are much appreciated. I wasnât too thrilled with the idea that strangers would be handling my stuff, anyway. I was so worried about my machines getting damaged. So maybe this all happened for a reason. My mom booked this company without getting reviews on them. If she had, she wouldâve found that they show up way late, then get your stuff, then hold it hostage until you pay them double or even triple what they initially asked for. Many customers also report that their stuff is either broken or missing. I believe I wouldâve lost a lot of my things had we went through with them. In a way, Iâm relieved â just ready for it to all be over.

Perhaps the delay was As you said may have been for a reason like God was protecting you from something but hopefully soon youâll be well on your way to your new home. Please keep us updated

Yeah, I believe so. He knew I was worried about my printer and my cutting machines. They wouldâve surely stolen some of my stuff, because I didnât even document the items I had. I had been thinking that they could steal my stuff and I wouldnât realize anything was missing until it was too late. I had been packing for 2 weeks before my mom told me she contracted the moving company. We were initially going with a U-Haul, so naturally, I already had a lot of stuff packed without documenting it. This morning, when they didnât show, I started researching moving companies, and I found a lot of the scammers use this same type of delay tactic in bait and switch schemes. So I immediately let my mom know that we needed to cancel them, because I thought she was being scammed. The cop told me I did the right thing by not letting them take my stuff. So, I think God was looking out, for sure.
Iâll certainly keep the community updated. At least, I get to rest a little bit. Iâve been going from 5:30 am til 10 pm every day for 3 weeks. I only have a few boxes left to pack, so I can just take a break and relax before we have to start loading the truck and then heading out on a 1000 mile drive.

All of this has been both physically, mentally, and emotionally draining, but I know itâll all be ok in the end. Iâm excited for what the future has in store.

A truly God given beautiful day. Sunny warm with a breeze.
Struggling with the color changing vinyl I won. It just wonât cut through and when it changes color it is splotchy. To top it all off when I removed the vinyl form the sticky pad if became damaged. I already wasted 2 sheets. 
Not a fan at all.
Hoping everyoneâs day/evening is AMAZING.
