We have 2 of them and use them a lot. They are such fun.

If I use it, it’s to make polymer clay cutters, but nothing else. I prefer my iCraft plotter, which I have more control over and is simpler to use.

Day 8: Finishing a fun Shadowbox today. Why does it feel like a Monday?

I’ve made cutters too. Polymer clay is so much fun to work with!

Sitting in Greggs bakery with a nice cappuccino while I wait, very patiently, for my wife and her mother to finish clothes shopping.
Surrounded by mean and selfish and nasty and inconsiderate people eating their tasty sausage rolls and steak bakes. Don’t they care that I can’t eat gluten and that it’s all off-limits for me?!

Today I sewed on my windbreaker until my arm said stop, so it will have to wait until tomorrow.
Tonight I will glaze the candlesticks I am making for the tables for my daughter’s confirmation, I am looking forward to seeing them investigate burning.

Day 8 Today I’m working on fulfilling a business cards order.

Ah, man, I feel ya on this. I have a dairy allergy. I can’t have any of the good stuff! :disappointed: Not even a cappuccino.

And, no, I’m not talking about being lactose intolerant. I mean, I break out in hives if I even look at cheese…

Day 8 - Back to a regular day and plenty to catch up on. I hope everyone’s doing well. I also wanted to share this link with you all—it’s my daughter’s goal, complete with her own assist.

Thank you so much! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: They need that goal :goal_net: for her team :tada:!

Yes, those goals are hard to come by. :joy: She won the game with it! She’s definitely got talent. I hope she keeps at it.

Yeah, she has skills and scored many goals three years ago with her original team (3 Championships: back to back to back). This year, it’s a new team, and about a third of the girls stayed with my daughter’s team while the rest pursued different things or moved out of state. It’s a bit of an adjustment now, and it will take some time for them to get to know each other plus they are now playing 11 v 11 - bigger size field. When she has the ball, her goal is to shoot, and there’s no problem with that, but most of the time we’re defending, so she can’t score as many goals.

Oh, yeah, I know all about that from playing basketball in school. Every year, new team. It’s definitely a challenge getting used to new players and new coaches. Wishing your daughter’s team a very successful rest of the season.

No craft day today. Needed to help the gremlins with their homework. The school year is about to end in a couple of weeks here so I guess it’s crunch time to accomplish all the school tasks

Day 8: Back to work after a long weekend. Hoping to start decorating the cover and some pages of a little journal/sketch book for my granddaughter so she can paste leaves or clover in, plus draw pictures of what she sees. She’s not quite 3 so writing her life’s goals at this point won’t happen but it should be fun for her to fill the pages with her imagination.
