I don´t know if you can upload a video now, as the rules changes from time to time about member user level of trust. I think you just can´t. You need to participate in the community and reach level 2 I think xdd

There’s also a limit to the size of files you ca upload, some share a link to their soc vids instead or upload a GIF of it so the file size isn’t so big
