Customer service and warranty being honored

I’d love to be able to speak to a supervisor in replacing my machine I had 4 months and will not calibrate and print then cut at all. Endless emails just asking me for the same videos and pictures over and over and to do the same troubleshooting over and over with the same results basically refusing to accept it was faulty machine and honor my warranty and replacing my machine. I loved the machine until it came to this! Everything I own is htvront and loklik and now I’m so disappointed
