I had to trace it using a program on my ipad to convert it to a vector file for more crisp and accurate cuts on my Loklik Crafter. If I simply uploaded his design on loklik and select standard cut, the contours won’t be smooth. I used Affinity designer to trace it, I still have a hard time with Adobe illutrator plus that requires a subscription unlike this app, that can also be used on macbook and windows, was a one-time-pay app for 3 apps already (Affinity Photo, Designer, Publisher)
I showed him the design I made for approval and even made a mockup of it using the specific hoodie image I got from the brand website then put the design on it.
He liked it very much so I cut it on my Loklik Crafter using Htvront vinyls in white, red, rose gold, and glow in the dark (for the person silhouette). I heat pressed it using my Loklik Mini press 2 in Bubble Gum blue, it was very handy since I did the pressing during a vacation so that my husband’s nephew can see how it’s done. Here he is wearing it right after heat pressing.
Can I just say WOW it’s absolutely amazing and all the hard work you have to do to make it exactly as he wanted
I already know who is his favourite aunt
Wow, I am amazed. A first I thought I was looking at a brand within a magazine. Your work is amazing and I bet images don’t justify how great they in person. You have worked hard on this, you can tell.
Honestly you have so much potential and you can tell how much effort goes into your work so keep what you’re doing. You will get better and better. Sending love your way. I can see you going very far with this.
