Sometimes we forget we are what is important too! It’s ok to take a day off and rest a mental health day or just a brake it’s ok to not be productive. It’s ok not to be Wonder Woman or man. It’s ok to do the minimum to get through the day. If you brake it can take more then a day or X hours you took for you to just be. Please remember you are important and to take care of yourself to then be able to help your family too.
