DIY Project Sharing | Cookie Tester Reporting for Duty – All Glitter Holiday Tee

This festive T-shirt was crafted using a pre-made design from the IdeaStudio library, brought to life with HTVRONT glitter vinyl in every layer — because Christmas calls for sparkle! From the bold green “COOKIE” to the vibrant red “TESTER,” and even the “REPORTING FOR DUTY” box and holiday icons, every element shines with glittery joy.

I pressed this design using my HTVRONT H10 Heat Press, which handled the layering beautifully. Glitter vinyl can be tricky, but this project was surprisingly smooth. I trimmed each carrier sheet close to the design to avoid harsh press lines, and used a Teflon cover sheet during each press to protect exposed glitter areas. Each layer was tack-pressed for 5 seconds, with a final full press of 15 seconds to seal everything in place.

Materials Used:

  • HTVRONT glitter vinyl (red, green, gold)
  • White cotton T-shirt
  • HTVRONT H10 Heat Press
  • Teflon cover sheet
  • Parchment paper (for extra protection between the Teflon and bare vinyl)

Tips for Fellow Makers:

  • Glitter vinyl layers best when you don’t stack glitter-on-glitter.
  • Trim your carrier sheets closely to avoid press marks and wasted vinyl.
  • Use short presses for layering and a final full press to lock it all in.

This shirt is ready for cookie duty — extra sparkle!
