DIY Project Sharing | Messy Kitchen Cutting Board

I used the practice pieces of wood and then decided to engrave my first cutting board to make a sign for the kitchen. The great thing is I’m still able to use it for cutting as well as decor. I’m happy when cooking for my family and it brings people together.

I used the Messy Kitchen graphic from Idea Studios then added hearts to the bottom from the shapes tab. I then customized it further by adding the name. After saving the project I checked the framing and engraved the board. I still need to work on sizing my projects as I feel a little more of a border around the engraving would give it a cleaner look. However, I’m definitely happy for my first project.

Thanks so much. Lol, I think figuring out posting it was more difficult than figuring out how to make it. But, I’m so excited to do more.

It’s beautiful, it reminds me of a busy kitchen, but I also see it and think of a calm, tidy kitchen, with crusty bread and peace.

Don’t worry about the difficulty of sharing; with a couple of these, you’ll be focused only on the project itself

Thanks so much. I finally did a cut today. Lol, HTVRONT has made yet another machine and I’m fully obsessed already. I have these mini basswood cutting boards that were too small for the uvdtf stickers i bought for them last Christmas. But they will be so much fun for the laser cutter.
